What’s the Difference Between SKatterBrain and Three Oh Three?

Well, SKatterBrain is electronic music produced using mainly a computer. Software synthesizers, samples, effects, drum machines, etc. are used to create cool sounds. All the sounds are then put together/arranged using a software sequencer.

The first SKatterBrain album “Plastic reality” is now available to download [completely free] from Dans Bandcamp page.

Three Oh Three is Slightly different from SKatterBrain in the sense that there are no computers involved in the recording process. All the music is made using hardware synthesizers, drum machines effects and sequencers. The songs are usually improvised completely during the recording sessions which can lead to some pretty interesting results. On the whole Three Oh Three is dirty, raw, under produced and very Lo-Fi.

Both of the Three Oh Three albums are also available to download [completely free] from Dans Bandcamp page.

Download the full version of “Cable mounds” from Dans Bandcamp page and receive a bonus album featuring remixes and alternate versions.
